I provide counselling, coaching and consulting to individuals, couples, and families in these areas :

I live in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, British Columbia and provide services to people who live in the following locations:

• Duncan
• Cobble Hill
• Mill Bay
• Shawnigan Lake
• Lake Cowichan
• Crofton
• Chemainus
• Ladysmith

Because I believe that it is really important for you to work with someone you are comfortable with, I regularly provide free consultations prior to booking appointments.

Rates

• Free 15 - 30 minute consultation to meet with me and discuss your needs.
• Initial Session $120 for 90 minutes
• Subsequent Sessions
  • Individuals $ 80 per hour
  • Individuals, Couples and Families $120 for 90 minutes
  • Individuals, Couples and Families $160 for 120 minutes.
• Group facilitation and presentation $125 per hour

I accept payment as cash or cheque prior to or at the end of each session.

Hours

• I offer a variety of appointment times.
• I generally accept appointments during these times.
  • Monday       2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Tuesday    11:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Thursday    8:00 am - 12:00 noon
  • Friday         8:00 am - 12:00 noon
